RTU Revaluation Form
 

All the students of B.TECH are hereby informed that they may fill their Revaluation Form

 

  • Fill the complete form: The student should submit the complete filled form (as per the instructions and guidelines of RTU) with prescribed fee (BACK EXAM FEE# – RS 400/- EACH SUBJECT & IMPROVEMENT BACK EXAM FEE# – RS 150/- EACH SUBJET) which needs to be deposit in college Bank Account. The descriptive bank details of college are as follows

RULES FOR IMPROVEMENT
(AS PER RTU NOTIFICATION NO.: No. F(23)2.180/RTU-Exam/2007/544-568, Dated : 25/04/07)

(i) TERM TEST:-

The student will be allowed to improve the term tests, if he/ she is appearing in the University examination of that theory paper again and if failing earlier. If a student who has registered for improvement of term tests Marks, then the marks secured by him/ her in that theory paper in previous Term test shall stand automatically cancelled. The marks of the latest Examinations/ tests shall only be considered for working out the result and if such a candidate fails to appear for the exam, then he/ she will be treated as absent.

(ii) SESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT :-

If the student is falling in any practical and sessional subject, he / she can make improvement in the sessional component, if the earlier marks in the sessional component are less than 40%. The candidate will be required to register in both practical and sessional components of the examinations / tests shall only be considered for working out the result. If such a candidate has absented himself / herself from any or both components, then he / she shall be treated as absent. This rule shall be applicable to all the students.
 

After filling Complete Application performa and depositing the requisite fee in the bank you are required to send Scanned document (below mentioned) to secrecy@citabu.ac.in.
I) Complete Signed Application performa
II) Stamped Receipt of Bank for Fee Deposition
III) Copy of that semester Mark-sheet for which this Back Exam form is being applied.

NOTE: – Only after verification of your fee deposition status your back exam form will be considered.
All the students note it carefully while filling Back Examination Forms No Forms will be accepted if they have made any cutting in Theory Subject and Improvement Subject in Back Examination Form.
After the last date NO FORMS will be accepted, therefore you all need to complete the above process before the last date.
